Stephen Chun is the Owner & Principal consultant at Marketing Solutions Hawaii. He was born and raised in Honolulu, right behind the fire station by Kaimuki Public Library. Stephen attended 'Iolani School, then went off to Beloit College in Wisconsin where he studied history and anthropology. After spending a year in Kaifeng, China; Stephen returned home and earned his Masters in Communications from Hawaii Pacific University.

He followed the love of his life - and now wife - to Texas and then Washington as she pursued a career in medicine. In Texas, Stephen worked for Prostheticare, LLC., a family-owned prosthetics and orthotics practice in Fort Worth. At Prostheticare, he cultivated new and existing referral lines, redesigned their website, and created their social media channels. He then moved on to Community Tissue Services, where he worked with donor medical centers, inpatient and outpatient surgical centers, and the county medical examiner.

When Megan moved to Spokane, WA for residency, Stephen found employment with Ernest Health as Marketing Manager for their LTAC (long-term acute-care) hospital and rehabilitation hospital. He then spent two years as the Marketing & Business Development Manager for Cancer Care Northwest. While there, Stephen grew referrals from local practices and medical centers, and produced multi-channel advertising campaigns that increased their brand awareness across Washington, Idaho, and Montana.

Stephen and Megan moved back home to Hawaii in 2019. He worked for Hawaii Pacific Health as the Marketing Manager for Pali Momi Medical Center, as well as HPH’s oncology and orthopedic service lines, before starting his Marketing Solutions Hawaii in 2022.

During his free moments, you'll probably find him chasing his rambunctious sons around a Mililani playground or out on the golf course.
